Our downloadable, digital products are not refundable and are provided "as is".

Our self-guided courses are refundable, if less than 10% of the course material has been accessed and/or downloaded, and the refund request is sent within 30 days of your purchase date.

Services:
Refund requests for booked services are assessed on a case-by-case basis, in order to determine whether or not the client is eligible for a refund, and in accordance with Fair Trading, Australian Consumer Law.

For example:
If you booked our 4-week in-person Mindful Puppy school classes, and you wish to cancel within 7 days of the program start date, you will not be eligible for a full refund, unless your spot can be filled - due to the fact that we operate on a small group class basis with low client~puppy ratio in order to provide more personalised support, and any late cancellations would impact potential revenue.
A late cancellations fee, resulting in a partial refund, might be applied, depending on the reason for the client's cancellation.

No. However, I do provide in-person puppy classes and private coaching sessions at our Mindful Puppy School venue in Crows Nest (NSW Australia).

And I also provide virtual private coaching and online consultations (Google Meet, Zoom or Facetime).
The online format does work very well. Because ultimately, it is your level of puppy parenting education and skills, that support your puppy's ability to adapt and learn appropriate behaviour... every moment of every day - 24 / 7 / 365.
